We will organize and maintain the financial side of your business, including pre-paring all reports needed by your tax accountant. Computerized bookkeeping services (using Quickbooks Pro) include:

• Posting and reconciliation of checking, saving and credit card accounts
• Weekly or monthly status reports to advice you of account balances and bill payment status
• Financial reports — standard reports, such as P&L and A/R reports, and customized reports to meet your particular needs
• Bill payment
• Invoicing
• Keeping you advised, on a weekly or monthly basis, of the need to transfer funds from one account to another
